The guest services, hunting opportunities and game management practices of his hunting and guest operation in Central Texas will not let you down. He reminds me a lot of Hunter Ross, in the way he has implemented his unique management programs through the trials of getting it right. The success of this approach is evident in the many great outfitters that I have visited in my lifetime. Clay will tell you a ranch has a mind of its own, in every regard, whether you are a guest or a steward of the land, “…what you put into it is what you get out of it!...” Clay has worked for many years to produce, what I consider to be, a fantastic hunting destination in the heart of Texas. The lodge and facilities are amazing with incredible views. The processing facilities are substantial and spotless. They have created a truly great operation with a very thoughtful approach to hunting and entertaining their guests.
